What we collect

When you send a table request we collect the name, phone number and booking details you type into the form. If you call or email us, we see the number or address you contact us from.

Why we collect it

To call you back, confirm your table and look after your booking. We don’t add you to a marketing list and we don’t sell or share your details.

Who handles it

Booking requests are emailed to us through Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which handles them under its own privacy policy. The map on the home page is provided by Google, which may collect data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests only as long as we need them to look after your booking, and then delete them.

Seeing or deleting your details

Call us on (02) 9880 2388 or email fujiyajapaneseteppan@gmail.com and we’ll show you what we hold, correct it or delete it.
